Mercure Birmingham West Hotel, West Bromwich

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying a clean and comfortable room as well as a wonderful breakfast with plenty of options. The location was convenient for accessing the city, but I did find the pool area to be lacking in cleanliness. Overall, it was a good experience, especially for the price, despite a few areas that could use some improvement.

While the hotel had comfortable beds and friendly staff, my experience was marred by significant issues like a malfunctioning air conditioning unit and poor dining options. The lack of basic amenities and responsiveness to complaints diminished my overall enjoyment, making it a disappointing stay.

This hotel offers a great range of amenities, including a well-maintained leisure center and spacious meeting rooms, making it ideal for both business and relaxation. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, but some consistency in quality across dining options could improve the experience overall.
